Social Determinants of Health Info & Resources

The factors that influence a person's health reach beyond the symptoms for which they are being treated. To fully and holistically understand health and wellbeing is to also view and address the social, economic, political, and environmental factors that play a role in health. These social determinants of health are “the structural determinants and conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work and age.”
